RETURN POLICY
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please inspect your product immediately upon delivery.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for the costs associated with returning the item.
  • Original Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Customized Products: Customized items, including those with specific size, color, or other customizations outside the standard options, are non-returnable.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns, covering packaging, labor, and re-listing costs. Canceled orders within 72 hours of placement qualify for a full refund. Orders canceled after 72 hours are subject to the restocking fee, as they are considered in progress.


NATURAL PRODUCT VARIANCE DISCLAIMER
We use natural materials like wood and moss, and each piece is one of a kind. Variances in wood color, grain, moss texture, or slight natural odors are normal and add to the uniqueness of each product. These natural characteristics are not considered defects and are not eligible for return based on these factors.


HANDMADE PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
All items are handmade, ensuring each piece is unique. Slight imperfections, variances in design, or differences from product photos may occur. This is part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade products and is not a defect.


REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank or credit card statement.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.


EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only available for items that arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us via email with details of the issue.


GIFTS
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.


RETURN SHIPPING
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
